With versions c and d, there are a variety of end labels. Below we are showing you in detail exactly what you are looking for. Since these 2 versions are extremely common, and glue does not hold well on the end labels, either c or d could have any of the below end label variations, and thus we are not distinguishing them. There could possibly be a total of 4 versions each of both c and d. We numbered the end labels in the scan just for description purposes.

1. The top end label has a pinkish color with a matte finish. The letters themselves have a thin font. The asterisk is very faint and thin, the least noticeable of the 4.

2. The second end label has red metallic letters, very distinguishable. Again, the letters have a thin font. The asterisk is faint and thin as in the first end label.

3. This is the easiest end label to identify. It has pinkish letters with a matte finish. The letters themselves have a thicker font if compared to the first two. The asterisk is larger than the first two and is seen easier. The giveaway is the pink background box for the title, which remains inside the silver rectangle.

4. The bottom end label has red letters with a matte finish. The letters themselves have a thick font, similar to the third end label. The asterisk is extremely large and thick.
